Cassanie McKenzie

Today Cassanie McKenzie is a Yoga instructor, Astrology and Tarot therapist whose classes and curated retreats combine powerful tools which support attendees in unlocking their personal power and facilitate healing.

Trained at the Sivananda Ashram on Paradise Island in the Bahamas on 2008, Cassanie’s early career saw her sharing yoga classes in a traditional format.

But it was what she describes as a “deep spiritual awakening” in 2018, which catalyzed her into connecting with and more openly revealing and sharing her spiritual gifts with the world.

“The journey I have the privilege of guiding you on, is one of moving beyond trauma and limitations , toward remembering your divinity and true power. For me, wellness is far deeper than self-care. It’s a reclamation of self.” says Cassanie.

In 2016 she launched the company Bushgyal, a sustainable all natural skincare & accessory brand carried by Goldeneye, Sandals, Jamaica Inn & Half Moon to name a few. In 2020 she launched WellCALM, Wellness Consulting and Lifestyle Management ltd which combined her extensive knowledge of healing, hospitality, manufacturing, design and retail to help companies successfully navigate the wellness space.

One of Jamaica’s most in demand wellness practitioners. Cassanie has worked with the Sandals Group, Half Moon & S Hotel brands and has developed wellness plans for Jamaica Money Market Brokers (JMMB), Vistaprint, University of the West Indies & Parsons University NYC.

The Mother of one also develops holistic programs in the form of private, corporate & group retreats, geared towards awakening your inner healer.

Cassanie describes her life's work as simply leaving the planet a little better than wHen she first came in….
