At Marley One Wellness, we have assembled a team whose diversity of skills, education, and genuine character gives us the ability to connect with each one of our guests, while providing a secure environment needed for self-exploration. Your experience starts with an onboarding call, where you will receive the retreat information and guidelines, as well as a preparation session with Dr. Sarah. You will have a team to support and guide you not only during your stay in Jamaica, but beyond for post-retreat integration. Today Cassanie McKenzie is a Yoga instructor, Astrology and Tarot therapist whose classes and curated retreats combine powerful tools which support attendees in unlocking their personal power and facilitate healing.
One of Jamaica’s most in demand wellness practitioners. Cassanie has worked with the Sandals Group, Half Moon & S Hotel brands and has developed wellness plans for Jamaica Money Market Brokers (JMMB), Vistaprint, University of the West Indies & Parsons University NYC.
The Mother of one also develops holistic programs in the form of private, corporate & group retreats, geared towards awakening your inner healer.
Sita Ji
Sita is a devoted Earth Keeper, Energy Healer and Plant Medicine Guide. She has also worked as a Plant-Based Chef for many years and dubs what she does as Eco-Cuisine. Sustainability and healing of the land, for many years, has been a big focus of hers, leading to her certification as a Permaculture Designer and Organic Farmer by the Source Farm EcoVillage.
She dived deeper into mushroom cultivation and was trained by renowned Microbiologist and Chelsea Green Author of Organic Mushroom Farming and Mycoremediation, Tradd Cotter from “Mushroom Mountain”

Day 01: Welcome to Marley One Wellness
Preparation Day and Welcome Dinner.
Our retreat host will welcome you and provide a tour of the venue as well as connect the group over a welcome dinner. The first evening is designed to provide relaxation after traveling and provide a sense of safety for the journey ahead.
Day 02: Psilocybin Ceremony One
We start the morning with group movement, meditation, and ceremonial preparation, followed by light meals, and personalized somatic therapies throughout the afternoon to help relax the mind and body for the evening ceremony.
Our first Psilocybin Ceremony is about diving into our fears and unknown patterns. We will discover that underneath layers of pain and fears we find our inner being who needs attention, support and care. We will create the space for you to meet this part of yourself.
Day 03: Psilocybin Ceremony Two
Starting the morning with group movement and meditation, we will connect and integrate what came through from the first ceremony. The day will be followed with a tour and lunch on the Martha Brae river to experience the tranquil beauty of Jamaica, as well as optional rest and bodywork before the 2nd ceremony.
This Psilocybin Ceremony is about tapping into our creativity potential and discovering new solutions and downloads that are applicable to our lives. Our intention is to open our hearts, receive self love, and create from a new place of awareness.
This experience will be closed with a traditional fire ceremony.
Day 04: Integration and Optional Cannabis Ceremony
The morning will start with group movement, meditation, workshops, and light breakfast, preparing us for an afternoon Rastafarian cannabis ceremony and lunch. (Partaking is optional.)
In the evening we will offer a luxurious culinary experience for our final group dinner and an indigenous sound bath meditation to close.

The Property: Music Mansion
This immaculate villa and its picturesque main house is situated on over 5 acres of Jamaica’s premier real estate, Springfarm Estates. 8 minutes away from Sangster’s International Airport and directly above the Half Moon Golf Course. Perched over 100 feet above the Caribbean Sea, this villa exudes the ambiance of the tropics with Palm trees and other tropical plants and vegetation. In addition to this, the central location of the property allows access to shopping, nightlife, golf, breathtaking beaches, fishing, yachting and all Montego Bay has to offer.

What is psilocybin?

Our process if very straightforward.
1. Start by picking the retreat that best meets your preferences.
2. Click "BOOK NOW" and pay your deposit.
3. Complete the screening questionnaire that will be sent via email and schedule your onboarding call.
4. Have your intake screening call with our Retreat Facilitator.
5. Once approved, complete payment for your retreat.
Can my partner and I attend as a couple?
Yes. Each of you should have individual applications and note that we will charge at a per-person rate for each guest.
Can I book a private room?
Of course! Please select “single occupancy room” when you’re booking your experience.
Can I bring a companion not participating in the retreat?
Unfortunately, we are unable to welcome non-participants. We believe that it’s very important for everyone attending the retreat to be fully participating in the experience.
Who are not allowed to take part in Marley One retreats?
A group setting is not the most suitable for all potential guests and through our screening process (our form and onboarding call) our team will review and determine we’re a good fit for our prospective attendees.
What airport should I fly into?
We recommend flying into Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay, code: MBJ.
I live outside Jamaica, are flights included in retreat price?
Flights are not included in the retreat price.

How long is the retreat?
Marley One retreat will be a total of 5 days and 4 nights. The detailed schedule is listed on our website and is specific to the retreat experience you select.
How many participants attend each retreat?
Our retreats are usually 8-12 attendees to ensure a high quality of care and experience for our guests.
How many facilitators will be present?
Our team varies based on the particular theme but would usually range between 4-6.
What are the inclusions in my retreat?
Please review the listings specific to a particular event experience but they tend to include: accommodation, meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), non-alcoholic beverages, pre and post retreat integration and support, experienced retreat facilitators, meditation and ceremonies, somatic therapies, fire ceremony, workshops, rastafarian cannabis ceremony, signature culinary experience and indigenous sound bath meditation.
How much is the retreat?
Our retreats vary in price, please review the website and look at the specific retreat (dates and themes) for accurate pricing.
How much psilocybin do participants take, where does the medicine come from and how is it administered?
This dose varies by participant based on the intake questionnaire and personalized onboarding with our facilitator, but tends to be in the 3-6 gram range, but can be greater, depending on the individual. Our medicine is grown in Jamaica and comes from a GMP-certified supplier.
Are there safety concerns with psilocybin?
Psilocybin is considered to have a low potential for toxicity or addiction.
What happens to my payment if the retreat is canceled? Is it completely refundable?
If there is some unforeseen issue that impacts our ability to host the retreat on the set dates, we will give you the option of rolling over your payment to a future retreat or issue a refund. In the event you are unable to travel we offer travel insurance at purchase for your protection.
Deposits are non-refundable. Please note, once your application has been reviewed, if you are not approved for a retreat, your deposit will be returned.
What happens if I cannot attend and need to cancel?
Cancellation charges will be applied based on when we receive written notification (via email) of your decision to cancel. The charge is a percentage of the total retreat price, including surcharges, as shown below:
a) 60+ days before Retreat Day 1: you may transfer your payment/credit to another retreat or you may request a full refund
b) 30-59 days before Retreat Day 1: you may transfer your payment/credit to another retreat
c) 15-29 days before Retreat Day 1: retention of 80% of your payment/credit
f) Less than 14 days before Retreat Day 1: retention of 100% of your payment/credit
Are we able to bring safety animals?
No - we are not able to accommodate safety animals at the retreats at this time.
Are the locations ADA accessible?
Not all the locations where we host our retreats are ADA accessible. We would be happy to help determine which or our retreat locations would work for you if you require ADA accessibility. Please reach out to us at grow@marleyoneretreats.com
Is there an ongoing treatment option or some type of follow up post-retreat?
Each guests receives 2 post-retreat integration sessions which are included with the fee, and the option to expand that with ongoing support.
How do I know psilocybin is right for me?
Once you have submitted your registration form one of our retreat leaders will contact you for a pre-acceptance review of the information you provided. This allows for improved session pairing, reduced chance of medication conflicts, consideration of a need for associated therapies, and to build a deeper connection with our guests.
What will happen if I start to have a bad experience during the dosing session?
While individual experiences may differ, the set and setting we establish is focused on inclusion and reassurance.
Do you offer single day retreats?
Our current process includes 2 separate dosing sessions with reflection and integration to allow participants a relaxed, natural processing of their experiences. Currently we do not offer single day retreats.
